Successful completion of the Computer Service Technician (CST) Training and Achievement Record requires the student possess skills in the following areas:

  • Symantec Ghost Image Multicasting
  • Introduction to Server Technology (NT, Linux, and Mac OSX)
  • Network Topology
  • Resource Sharing and Administration
Students are also expected to complete Work Based Learning. Currently, there are positions available both off and on center that are directly related to the service and support of Information Technology related standards.

Average completion of the vocation is approximately 6 months. The students will then have an opportunity to test for the CompTIA A+ Professional Certification.
